How Laser Hair Removal Works

Our team uses a unique technology, in the form of a crystal called the ND Yag.

If you have medium to dark hair, your chances for great results and a high degree of delayed growth for long periods are quite good. However, if your hair is gray, white, red or blonde, your chances for effective laser hair removal decrease because your hair simply doesn’t possess sufficient amounts of melanin. Since the laser targets melanin, this is why you are not a candidate for the treatment.

Your Laser Hair Removal Results

Following your treatment, the affected hairs will begin to fall out over a period of days and weeks. You may think you are having a hair growth spurt, but it is only the natural progression of the process. Since hair grows in phases, and you will only be able to target those hairs attached in the bed—not the ones on the way out—you will require multiple treatments to achieve greater permanent reduction.
