She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, she made me feel heard, not rushed or treated like just another appointment on the schedule there is something special about physicians who combines medical expertise with genuine compassion, and she does both beautifully. She took the time to listen, explain, and make sure I was comfortable with my care. I left my appointment feeling confident that I had been in excellent hands.

My first appt was a consult with Dr. Christi. Right away I knew I was in good hands. She was vibrant and very professional. One of the most compassionate and genuine individuals I have ever met in the medical field.
One of my pre-op requirements was a vitamin drip. I met with Guadalupe and she was wonderful! She was so gentle and kind and let me know what was going on the whole time I was in her chair.

Update — 6 Weeks After Surgery:
What initially began as a second opinion ultimately turned into a successful, life-changing surgery, and I could not be more grateful that I found Dr. Dereska. I underwent multiple procedures during the same surgery, and from the very beginning, she made sure I understood exactly what she was recommending and why. Before surgery, she took the time to go over everything in detail using pictures, diagrams, and thorough explanations of what she planned to do.
What stood out to me most was her compassion, patient-centered approach, and conservative surgical methods. I never felt as though surgery was being pushed on me or that a one-size-fits-all approach was being taken. Instead, I felt that every decision was carefully considered based on my individual symptoms, needs, and long-term outcome.
Now, six weeks after surgery, I can genuinely say this experience has been life-changing. Having several procedures performed at once was intimidating, but the level of care, communication, and reassurance I received throughout the entire process made an enormous difference. I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Dereska and her entire team for the care they provided before, during, and after surgery. Our bodies are very personal and emotionally sensitive to each of us. Personally having had many kids and a set of twins, I found myself with unthinkable damage.
With amazing bedside manner and skilled surgical expertise, I have found relief from that damage. I did not know that damage was even possible, just from having kids and then age. I did not realize that it could be fixed either.
I would highly recommend Dr Dereska with LifeSculpt, and her entire team for their knowledge and understanding of the female body. Their ability to make things work correctly again, is a miracle, a Blessing , a gift. I am sure they are capable of so much more than the issues I personally faced. They are all so present in the entire process too. A phone call away, and nothing but kindness with answers to questions you never knew you would need. I had such a wonderful experience at LifeSculpt for my BHRT procedure! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Noelle greeted me with the biggest smile, checked me in, and immediately offered me coffee or tea. Such a great first impression!

Victoria was absolutely amazing. She was professional yet so personable and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. She explained every step along the way, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing!

Dr. Dereska is the best of the best!! Her bedside manner is impeccable and calmly and nicely answers all questions and concerns. She truly cares! I recently had surgery to lift my bladder and rectum and she calmed my fears before going in the operating room. I can honestly say, I had almost zero pain from the procedure and 2.5 weeks later, it has been the easiest recovery. She is absolutely brilliant and definitely the best in her field! I can not sing her praises enough. I had a very difficult birth with my second child and have suffered from the affects of that for years. I have been to several doctors trying to find help and it is not till I came to her that I was finally able to find positive results. I drive all the way from Temple Texas to see her, which is a three hour drive. It is worth it. She is one of a kind.
