About Dr. Nina Dereska, Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist in Houston

Dr. Nina Dereska, a fellowship trained and board certified Urogynecologist and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon, joined LifeSculpt Urology by ChristiMD in 2025. After completing fellowship at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale in 2004, she has practiced in both private and academic settings, focusing on medical and surgical management of pelvic floor disorders.
Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Dr. Dereska has been a Texan since 2011. She has one daughter, soon to graduate from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business and Marketing. Her passions outside of work include physical fitness, nutrition, and bodybuilding, achieving pro status in Figure-division bodybuilding in 2021. Also a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, she strives to educate menopausal women on the importance of strength and mobility training related to longevity, weight management, bone health, and mental health.
